We want you to be completely satisfied with Neoxtemus. If it doesn't meet your expectations for any reason, we'll refund your purchase — no questions asked.
Eligibility
- Your purchase was made within the last 30 calendar days
- You can provide your purchase email or Stripe receipt
That's it. You don't need to explain why, and you don't need to prove anything isn't working. If it's not right for you, we'll refund it.
How to Request a Refund

- The email address you used for purchase
- Your Stripe receipt or order confirmation (if available)
We will process your refund and confirm via email. Most refunds are completed within 5–10 business days, though it may take a few additional days for your bank or card issuer to process the return.
After Your Refund
Once refunded, your license is revoked and we ask that you uninstall the application. Because Neoxtemus operates offline, we cannot remotely disable the app — but continued use after a refund constitutes a violation of the Terms of Service.
Google Play Purchases
If you purchased Neoxtemus through Google Play, refund requests are handled through the Google Play Store refund process. You may request a refund through Google Play within Google's refund window, or contact us directly for refunds within our 30-day policy.
Exceptions
This refund policy does not cover:
- Data loss resulting from lost master passwords or recovery phrases (this is inherent to the self-custodial security model, not a product defect)
- Inability to use the App due to unsupported hardware or operating systems outside the stated requirements (Windows 10+, Android 7.0+)
