Free Trial

All Nemyo family plans (monthly at €4.99/month and annual at €49.99/year) include a 5-day free trial. During the trial:

• You have full access to all Nemyo features
• No payment is charged until the trial period ends
• If you cancel before the trial expires, your card will not be charged
• You can cancel at any point during the trial with no obligation

We recommend trying Nemyo during the trial to ensure it meets your family's needs before the first charge.

After the Trial

Once the 5-day trial ends and your subscription becomes active:

• Subscription charges are non-refundable for the current billing period
• Monthly subscribers are charged on the same date each month
• Annual subscribers are charged once per year on their subscription anniversary
• You retain full access to Nemyo until the end of your current billing period, even after cancelling

How to Cancel

You can cancel your Nemyo subscription at any time through:

• Stripe Customer Portal: Accessible from your Nemyo parent dashboard — manage your subscription, update payment details, or cancel
• Parent app settings: Navigate to your account settings and select "Manage Subscription"

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again after cancellation, and your protection features will remain active until the period ends.

Exceptional Circumstances

While subscriptions are generally non-refundable after the trial, we understand that exceptional situations can occur. If you believe you have been incorrectly charged, experienced a technical issue that prevented you from using the Service, or have other extenuating circumstances, please contact us for review.

Refund requests made under exceptional circumstances are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We aim to be fair and responsive.

EU Consumer Rights

Under EU consumer law, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from digital subscriptions. By starting your free trial and using the Service, you acknowledge that the digital content is delivered immediately and you consent to waive the 14-day withdrawal period. However, you remain fully protected by the 5-day free trial — if you cancel within those 5 days, you pay nothing.
